Ano Gatzea

This project came to our studio as an undefined construction — a blank canvas full of potential. We developed a full architectural plan for the existing structure, carefully tailored to local regulations and the traditional building preservation guidelines of Pelion, in honor of the village’s unique character. As part of the design, we divided the house into two stylish and comfortable guest units, each planned to offer a relaxing and memorable stay. Renovation is currently underway.
