In this project, we faced a budget challenge. The investors' requirement was to create four rental units within a minimal budget. This called for creative planning, material selection, and furniture design.

We skillfully divided the property, combining elements of the existing space, such as the beautiful wooden flooring, with modern design and vintage touches to create a seamless blend between the old and new. The result was four well-designed, functional apartments that not only met the budget constraints but also maximized the property's rental potential.

Today, the apartments are successfully rented to satisfied tenants and are fully managed by us, ensuring ongoing value for the investors.
