Ermou, Volos

In this project, we were approached by two siblings searching for an investment property for long-term rental. After carefully considering their needs, we found a prime property in a central location with great potential for renting to students and young professionals. Our vision was to maximize the property's rental income and future value by transforming it into two smaller, fully furnished and equipped apartments—one a studio and the other a two-bedroom unit.

The design and layout were carefully planned to ensure both practicality and aesthetic appeal, perfectly catering to the target audience. The goal was not only to create functional, comfortable living spaces but also to optimize the property's rental return and its future appreciation in value.

We provided a comprehensive service for this project, from property search and purchase management to planning, design, and renovation. Today, we continue to manage the property on behalf of the investors, ensuring its success in the long-term rental market.
