Solonos

This is a studio-led development project, where we transformed one large apartment into three smaller units, One of them for personal use and short term rentals.
We handled the full process—from architectural planning and space division to custom carpentry, furnishing, and décor—

while keeping the investor’s budget in mind.
Each apartment was sold to an individual investor and now operates as a fully independent rental unit.
